I'M AN INSTRUCTOR, COACH, AND COMPETITOR.

My name is Cathy Hadubiak and I am the owner and Head Instructor at Oakridge Taekwon-Do. I am a IV degree black belt with over 25 years experience in the martial arts and I am passionate about teaching! As President of TAO Canada, I am committed to upholding the values and tenets of traditional authentic original ITF Taekwon-Do.
